These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OrdersMerge Shopify application ("Service") and this website. By installing or using OrdersMerge, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
OrdersMerge helps merchants identify customers with multiple recent orders and manage warehouse consolidation groups, packing slips, CSV exports, and savings estimates. Shopify remains the source of truth for order data. OrdersMerge does not provide a native Shopify order-merge API.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be an authorized user of a Shopify store to install the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity under your store.
3. Plans and billing
OrdersMerge offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Pro plans with included monthly consolidation group limits. Overage may be charged at $0.20 per additional group beyond your plan limit when billing is enabled. Paid subscriptions, when active, are billed through Shopify's app billing system according to the plan shown at checkout.
4. Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription through Shopify Admin. Refunds, when applicable, follow Shopify's app billing policies and our review of the specific case. Contact support@igurix.tech for billing questions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the app in violation of Shopify policies or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
OrdersMerge, its code, branding, and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your Shopify store while it is installed.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Savings estimates are informational only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
